When setting your magnets, I find once I have 'set' the small magnet on the dummy / pacci, and the glue has dried,  place the dummy exactly where you would like it against the baby's mouth. Place the larger magnet inside the head, making sure the poles are correctly aligned, with the glue applied to the correct side of the magnet, firmly press the magnet against the inside of the head, place the baby face down on a soft cloth and the dummy will hold your magnet in place inside the head while the glue sets.
