We always try to get the postage costs we charge you to be exactly what we are charged. However, we don't have the time to check every parcel's postage charges after posting and compare them to what the shop system charged you as our customer. With this in mind if you ever are charged more for your postage through the shop system than the actual cost of your parcel. 'please' feel free to ask for a refund of the difference, we will be happy for you to do so.
