A special note on Postage
As of today (3/4/08) Royal Mail Standard Parcel delivery service has been withdrawn from these web pages as a delivery option, and a standard 70p has been added to all deliveries on Royal Mail First Class so that all first class deliveries are now signed for.
This is due to the amount of parcels missing in the post. A 'signed' for service is not offered by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery, and so this has been withdrawn altogether.
First class will get your parcel delivered quicker 'and' will now have the added protection 'signed for'.
I hope you understand, but we can not continue to 'chase' parcels that are never going to arrive, It's unfair on you as the customer, and us as the supplier because it gives us a bad reputation and you have a delay in your receipt of goods.
We hope you agree 70 pence is not too much to quicken things up 'and' gives added protection of a signed for service.
Please note as from Monday 7th April 2008, Royal Mail increase their postal prices.
All postal prices are UK mainland.
All parcels once posted are not the responsibility of Distinctive Reborn Supplies. Proof of postage is 'always' available should you need it to make a claim against the postal services or couriers, in the event of lost parcels.
