It has been developed especially for vinyl dolls. Ideal for the Real Skin technology. It is dabbed on with a little sponge or a paintbrush quite thinly and  drys very quickly, so that the next layer can be  applied a short time later.

LDC HAVE NOW INCORPORATED THE MATT BASE COAT INTO EACH COLOUR. THERE IS NO NEED FOR A SEPARATE BASE COAT.
