'Quality' Professional Reborn Baby Artists Brushes. Distinctive Beginners Tips! When I first started this wonderful art of reborning, I tried to keep the costs down, after all I was trying something new. I soon realised that my work was only ever going to be as good as the tools I was using. My perspective of my tools soon changed, from a cost, to an investment.
